PRIVACY RIGHTS

The Colorado Privacy Act ("CPA"), Connecticut Data Privacy Act ("CDPA"), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act ("VCDPA") and Utah Consumer Privacy Act ("UCPA") each provide certain rights to residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah, respectively.  This Section of the Privacy Notice applies if you are a natural person who is a resident of the States of Colorado, Connecticut or Utah or Commonwealth of Virginia and use our Services (each and all of whom shall be referred to collectively, as "Consumer").  This notice supplements the information in the Privacy Notice. Certain terms used below have the meanings given to them in the respective laws.

CONSUMER PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES

We do not "sell" your personal information to third parties.  We will disclose, however, any or all of the personal information collected from and about you over the past twelve (12) months as discussed above with our data analytics providers for various business purposes.

In addition to your rights of access, correction, deletion and data portability, as described in the Privacy Notice, Consumers may have certain additional rights in connection with the personal data we collect about you, many of which are subject to exceptions under applicable law:
